Send a CD with a Dedication

Order a CD and provide the recipient Name, Address, and the track you wish to dedicate to them. Sam will write a note that ships with the CD, acknowledging your gift and the dedication.

You will also receive a "A Little More" as a CD or a digital download --your choice.
